LaJeuna P. Crenshaw, M.Ed.
LaJeuna P. Crenshaw, M.Ed. is a seasoned professional vocalist with over 30 years of experience in the music industry and a passionate educator with more than 19 years of service in Mississippi public schools. She is the co-owner of 1 Accord, LLC, a premier live music entertainment company she founded alongside her husband, Roderick Crenshaw, in 2017. The company became an official LLC in 2023, reflecting its growth and commitment to excellence.
As lead vocalist and visionary behind the 1 Accord Band, LaJeuna has led the group in delivering dynamic, high-quality performances that have captivated audiences across a wide range of events. Her ability to connect with people through music is matched by her dedication to empowering young people through education.
LaJeuna holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership, Bachelor's Degree in Education, Associates of Business and has served in various impactful roles, including Principal, Assistant Principal, District MTSS Coordinator, and classroom Teacher. Her leadership, creativity, and commitment to service are the driving forces behind both her musical and educational endeavors.
In 2025, she expanded her impact by founding Youth Leaders on 1 Accord, a program focused on mentoring and empowering the next generation of leaders through music, education, and community engagement.

Pianist | Music Educator | Co-Founder of 1 Accord, LLC
Roderick Crenshaw, co-founder of 1 Accord, LLC (est. 2023), holds a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance and brings over 32 years of experience as a pianist, beginning his musical journey at the age of six. His earliest inspiration came from his brother, the late Rodney Crenshaw, whose passion for music ignited Roderick’s own desire to master the piano. Over the years, he has also been influenced by acclaimed artists such as organist and pianist Cory Henry, whose creativity and virtuosity continue to shape Roderick's musical voice.
Roderick has performed alongside a wide array of vocalists and instrumentalists and has faithfully served as a church musician for three congregations. A master of many styles—including blues, country, gospel, classical, jazz, and more—he is known for his expressive playing and genre-spanning versatility. As a committed piano teacher, he brings both technical skill and heartfelt mentorship to his students.
Through 1 Accord, LLC, Roderick is dedicated to advancing musical excellence, education, and community through inspired performance and collaboration.
